I’m Darrell Evans, founder, consultant, and transformational change-leader. With a background in higher education, academia, and senior executive management, I work with institutions, companies and their teams to design, produce, create, and implement strategic change.

I am passionate about education, its promise for future generations, and pathways to success. As a former Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching), I blend research, teaching, management, and coaching/mentoring experience to run interactive and engaging workshops and training sessions for senior management, small teams, and large educational institutions such as universities.

Whether it’s consultation regarding transition to online learning, improving student learning experience, campus design, training for change management or leadership transition, or inspiring and mentoring individuals to be innovative intrapreneurs within their organisation, there’s no challenge we can’t tackle together.
